Who we are?

Introducing ‘Rattlers Saloon’ Mornington the hottest new honkytonk to hit the Main Street. Coming from the team of the award winning Deadwood Dromana (Best Regional Bar Australia 2024) – we are taking it back to the basics of good old fashioned hospitality with friendly knowledgeable staff to make your visit welcoming and comfortable. Boasting live country music, ice cold beers, American sports, 150+ American whiskies on the back bar and tasty hot wings!

Spanning across two levels, this large timber clad venue has a capacity of 270 guests and will operate 7 days a week to keep the punters hydrated. Offering live music upstairs on Friday and Saturday nights from both local and international acts they will get the room dancing with country, bluegrass, folk, and Americana sounds.

Downstairs will be a classic American style sports bar with multiple large screen TVs streaming all your favorite sports with kitchen open ‘til late serving tasty bar snacks. Monthly activations of line dancing and cowboy karaoke are in the works!

The cocktail menu has been curated by arguably some of Melbourne’s best bartenders - using seasonal and native produce, the cocktails will have you going back for more. With a strong presence of whiskey in our range, we also have a fantastic selection of local wines, beers and spirits. If you’re not a drinker – we’ve still got you covered with a great range of non-alcoholic beers, cocktails and craft sodas from local producers.

We have a passionate kitchen team involved that has curated a neat menu of bar snacks to line the stomach whilst drinking. Offering the likes of sticky pork ribs, jalapeno popper croquettes and a variety of burgers. Kitchen will be open for dinner 7 days a week and for lunch on the weekends.
